These are for your 140HP engine secondaries. They will change when the secondary carburetors kick in earlier then the stock linkage was set up to do. Completely adjustable up to where all 4 carburetors work in unison. Replaces the two 70% bell cranks that comes with our throttle kits. Made from stainless steel. Comes standard with our Rotator Linkage Kit CVP-017.
